Tea Review: China Mist Earl Grey
I've only come across this brand and this blend once - at a fabulous little restaurant in Rancho Mirage, CA called Acqua California Bistro (the real standout of the meal was the to die for calamari).
This blend is nice and heavy on the Bergamot (which I love in an Earl Grey) but without being oily (which I hate). It has a great nose, cools nicely, doesn’t dry out the tongue even when over steeped (which I did on accident on my first cup) and the second cup on the bag is just as nice as the first.

Verdict: I wish more restaurants would choose this over Lipton.
